Adam Saieed has been a part of our CoreCrossFit family for three years. He started his journey looking for a conditioning program that would help him excel in his sport – Jiu-Jitsu. About six months ago Adam completed the CrossFit Level 1 training course and passed the certification exam and began a coaching internship program at Core. He approached the opportunity with passion and dedication – wanting nothing less than to be a great coach.
Adam is well on his way to reaching his goals. He has been doing a great job at Core and has earned the respect of his colleagues and students. He also continues to be a integral part of our community in many ways.
Adam has been presented with the wonderful opportunity to coach at a new CrossFit facility that is combining two of his passions – Jiu-Jitsu and CrossFit. He will be joining Coach Mitch Medeiros at Copperhead CrossFit. Adam will not be a stranger at Core. He will coach occasionally and drop-in for workouts.
Best wishes Adam!
p.s. I love these pictures of Adam because they show his true areas of “strength.” He can hold a perfect squat or plank FORVER even under extreme conditions!

Thanks Kim I have spent my entire Crossfit life with you at core and feel very grateful i was introduced to Crossfit at your facility. I hope to bring the same kind of integrity and overall passion to my next endeavor that you do at Core. Thanks also to everyone at Core you guys have been my family for many years and i look forward to making everyone proud.
ReplyI definitely will not be a stranger, you guys havent gotten rid of me yet!
Congrats, Adam! I’ve really enjoyed having you as a coach – your energy and enthusiasm is always off the charts (and your music selection never sucks either). Thank you and best of luck at the new box!
ReplyMy first reaction when I read the title of this post was to blurt out "oh no". Sad that we are losing you Adam, but congrats on the new opportunity! You are a natural at coaching, and you will be sincerely missed. Best of luck at the new gym!!
