Am I understanding this correctly, Adrian? $10 per TEAM? This chick is no firebreather yet, however, I would like to sponsor five teams for a total of $50.
XXOO,
Mom Laura
Our friends at CrossFit Luke have invited us to a Military/ CrossFit PT Challenge!!! There are three categories for the competition (4 man team, 4 woman team, 4 person co-ed team). There will be two hopper events, so expect them to be serious chippers. The cost is $10 per team. If you have considered competing in the CrossFit Games, this is a wonderful opportunity to see where you stand. I’ve seen the list of competitors invited and let me tell you, there will be some serious Firebreathers there. Not to mention all branches of the military have also been invited. The competition is set for September 10th starting at 6:00am until 12:00pm. If you are interested, contact me at Adrian@corecrossfit.com
Came across these two inspirational guys while having a lazy Sunday...talk about the power of positive thinking! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oK1vaFQEasQ Think I'll get up off the couch and test drive my new jump rope :-)

Adrian, I'm all over that dude! I love competition and I know we have some badasses at Core! Drew, you in?
