9AM Class

Great 9am class this morning! My friends Jen & Josh go to Leiftime Crossfit out in Mesa, but it’s easy for me to get them out to Core on Saturdays again and again because they always have an *awesome* time with us. Core just rocks like that
ReplyCame across these two inspirational guys while having a lazy Sunday…talk about the power of positive thinking! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oK1vaFQEasQ Think I’ll get up off the couch and test drive my new jump rope
ReplyThe human spirit is amazing!!!! thanks Sharon!!!!
ReplyOh WOW, Sharon! What an awesome video!
ReplyOur friends at CrossFit Luke have invited us to a Military/ CrossFit PT Challenge!!! There are three categories for the competition (4 man team, 4 woman team, 4 person co-ed team). There will be two hopper events, so expect them to be serious chippers. The cost is $10 per team. If you have considered competing in the CrossFit Games, this is a wonderful opportunity to see where you stand. I’ve seen the list of competitors invited and let me tell you, there will be some serious Firebreathers there. Not to mention all branches of the military have also been invited. The competition is set for September 10th starting at 6:00am until 12:00pm. If you are interested, contact me at Adrian@corecrossfit.com
