    This WOD was picked not just based on it being a great WOD but because of the word sacrifice. What does sacrifice mean to you? What do you sacrifice for the things you love?

    Today I had to sacrifice crossfit for the dearest to my heart. Nothing compared to sacrificing my life though. See you guys tomorrow.
