3 “BEAR COMPLEX”
6 Ring dips
12 Alternating pistol squats (6 each leg)
*1 “BEAR COMPLEX” = Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press, without resting on the ground.

Loved the workout today guys! I thought the Bear Complex would be unpleasant but it was an awesome way to work on form. I can feel the good soreness kicking in *grin*
