  • “TABATA SOMETHING ELSE”

    Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

    Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

    Great workout Tom! Although a little worried about my arms after doing 8 minutes of pull ups. But at least I will gain strength! Thanks for your motivation.

    It’s great to be back! Excellent job on a tough WOD. I’m posting 2 scores for this workout, the first is the total number of reps complete for all 32 rounds. The second number is the total number from all exercises that is the lowest score of each. For example: if on pullups you did 10,9,8,10,6,7,135,7, your number for pullups would be 6. Get it? A lot of times it is scored this way to encourage max output for every set.
