    This was a great work out for some as tight as I am. Derek – thanks for the extra time on my kips – I am a slow learner

    Hey Emily -

    Thanks for taking the extra time with me on the hand stands. Even though I crashed into the big green monster…twice….I am not so afraid of it. I think I will name him Harold. The name Harold takes some of the edge off the green monster.

    I WILL get the hand stand thing down.

    I’m beginning to wonder if GHD sit-ups shouldn’t be banned under the Geneva convention. Awesome workout.
