BASIC UNLIMITED PREMIUM

  • Small group training is available beginning at $160 for a package of 4 sessions; $310 for 8 sessions; $451 for 12 sessions; $579 for 16 sessions. Group sizes range from 2 – 5 students.
  • *The combination of Core Stabilization & Stretch-to-Recover equal one (1) hour long class – members may still drop-in
  • *Drop-in rates are $20 for a CrossFit class; $10 for Stretch-to-Recover (30 minutes) or Core Stabilization (30 minutes)
