A new strength program begins on Monday August 13. We’ll have two afternoon/evening classes – 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Classes will meet on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with sprints Saturday mornings at 7:00. These classes will run for eight weeks.
We are considering adding an a.m. strength class too. In order to make this work we need a minimum of twelve people. Classes would meet Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 a.m. Students would join the p.m. classes for sprints on Saturday mornings. Let us know if you are interested.
