No Class Saturday January The 7th
We’re going to be hosting a CrossFit Football cert this weekend so we wont be having classes on Saturday. You finally have a good excuse for not showing up (Eleanor, Michael, LmcG, Mario and the rest of ya). Sleep in, and get outside for a jog.

As we close 2011, we would like to tell you how grateful we are that you walked in and become part of our family. We’ve had an awesome time getting to know each of you and appreciate what you bring to our crew.
We encourage you to take a few minutes today and reflect on the year you had. Celebrate the progress you’ve made professionally, personally and physically. Celebrate the growth you’ve experienced and acknowledge the tremendous accomplishments you’ve made. It’s been an honor to assist with achievements in the gym.
