Danny Meyer has 7 of the top 10 rated restaurants in NYC. The book highlights Danny’s ideas of how hospitality can change the course of any business in any field. It is also a look at his history as he left his previous industry at 27, took out a huge loan and opened a restaurant in a downtrodden neighborhood in NYC and re-vamped an entire community in the process. Danny Meyer has influenced me to always keep hospitality as a focus and don’t be afraid to go against the grain. Setting the Table
